What Is Global Issues

If the world is our home, then why are we killing it and everything that lives on it? Why are we being unfair? Why do we take but never give?

These questions are only part of Global Issues. Global Issues are all the problems caused mainly by people. Examples of Global Issues are littering, wasting, poverty, financial problems, uncaring minds and much more. And even to the ones who don’t contribute in wasting and or inequality, we still need to help.

It is normal to use resources; it is fine to use plastic, electricity, water and other resources. However, wasting is a huge issue. People usually think that to save the economy, it has to be big helps, with big company sponsors and such. But the smallest of things like turning off the tap while brushing your teeth, not using plastic, eating all your food could help.

There are many people whom are homeless, sick and have nothing. It is not their fault, it may the cause of strong storms, earth quakes, not being able to get enough education, etc.

But since the world is filled with people, it should be easy to save the world and the helpless people. But most of us are just too lazy to do anything. People who can help need to understand more. People have to learn to care and know what is t is like to be in a situation. Everyone needs to learn to help, that is why Global Issues is an ISKL subject. It actually it is easy to help. If everyone does a small part in helping, the world would be much more peaceful and happy.

Third World Farmer Refletion

This is a game and or simulation that makes us think about strategies, daily lives of people in farms and challenges our way of thinking.
A tip for this game is to NOT think short term. It might be worth it for a short period of time, but it almost always have backfires. For example, if you dumped some garbage in front of your house for a few hundred dollars, your family will eventually get sick therefore making you pay more money. Selling your children, accepting army camps, showing off and even marriage might be danger to your profits and life.

The best kinds of strategies involve long term thinking. Saving up money, having secure water and food supply, having support suchas a voice or insurance. Long terms might not work immediately, but they do have better benefits and advantages. It is all mainly choices, making the right choice. Real farmers have to think about these things too. It might be easy for us to just take risks and say whatever to them. Imagine yourself being in a position where your family membbers were dying or you needed money badly.
In this thinking game, you really have to Think Creatively and Reason Critically. Taking too many risks dangers your chances while taking too little or no risks also dangers your chances of survival. Logic is what this game is about.
